Bella gonna Hmong nella tipica stoffa in cotone.
Il pezzo superiore è a fascia diritta a formare la baschina alla quale è cucito il tradizionale tessuto color indaco, tinto con la tecnica del batik.
Più in basso, il motivo decorativo è dato da una striscia ricamata a mano a punto croce ed arricchita da passamanerie e ritagli di vecchi indumenti che, come da usanza, vengono “riciclati” per crearne di nuovi.
Il fondo è costituito da un tessuto lucido riportato come orlo.
L’ampiezza della gonna alla base è di 2,00 mt, mentre la lunghezza di 65 cm.
La taglia è completamente adattabile alla propria misura: infatti la gonna si chiude a portafoglio grazie a due corde tubolari, finite con una decorazione a pon pon.
